This is the most straightforward and reliable version when it comes to adding content with hyperlinks to other webpages etc.. Weebly is a drag and drop editor that does most of the structuring and resizing for you, allowing you to create nice looking posts. Keep things simple and you can't really go wrong!
Adding Text, Pictures, Hyperlinks and Embedding You Tube.
Adding Pictures and Text
The basics really, once logging in using your class email and password, (you may have to reset the password if you've changed classes or are new, instructions are linked HERE) you SHOULD see a dashboard that looks a little like this. Go to sites and select your Year Group that has been shared with you.
Click on the 'Blog' button and then choose the tab you want from the drop down at the top, and you'll get a list of blog posts from that menu. Each Year group can add/edit their focus but it should either What's going on and Homework. Some Year groups may want to focus on specific subject areas but if posts are named well they are easily searchable. Once the right selection has been made, click the blue + button in the corner and this screen should appear.
You should now be able to add a post to your blog using the iPad. The video below runs through how to do this and add links etc to your blog too.
